Cost: $15/per participant or advisor/chaperone (Includes lunch) (NO REFUNDS after deadline)
Dress Code: There is a NEW dress code this year. Please refer to the Dress Code Document found below.
Fall Forum Updates
Parking Information

Busses drop students off in front of the Student Union on McKinley Street.

Bus cut outs - 3 buses at one time.

Enter McKinley St. from East University

Busses are asked to park at Cajun Field.

More information will be sent out after Fall Forum Registration closes.
Voting Delegate Information

You will receive the voting ballots in your advisor packet.

All members of your chapter are encouraged to review the T-shirt and Pin designs.

Chapters must decide on ONE T-shirt design and ONE Pin Design.

Voting Delegates will need to fill out the ballots and return to Brittney Bradford BEFORE 3:30pm.

T-shirt and Pin designs will be set up at a table in the back of the ballroom
Chapter Banners/Pictures

Chapters banners will NOT be used for Fall Fourm. Chapter Banners will be used at SLC in March.

Instead, Chapters are asked to submit a chapter picture.
HOSA Cup Information
-
In order to earn points for HOSA Cup, chapters must submit a chapter profile. This profile can be found on our website. HOSA Cup points will be displayed on the Leader Board on our website.
BE ON TIME
-
Please Please Please leave early to be on time. Your students miss so much when you come in late.
STAY THE WHOLE DAY

Please make every effort to stay the whole day. Again, they miss out when they do not stay.
