Design Challenge!
Every year, students from all over the state submit designs for the state pin and t-shirt that will be distributed at SLC to all attendees. Designs will be voted on at Fall Forum by the delegated voting members for each school. Please read the submittal rules carefully, as designs that do not conform to the rules will not be considered! There will be prizes for the winning t-shirt and pin; and also for 2nd and 3rd place designs.

We need someone at each conference to sign the national anthem! If you've got the vocals, we want to hear from you.
Payment Information
1. ALL completed Fall Forum Registration lists MUST be received by the deadline.
2. Everyone listed on the registration form as of the deadline must be paid for, regardless of attendance.
3. Invoices will be sent after registration is received for payment. Please remit payment via check by mail to the address below.
